Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" 오류

분명 잘 돌아가는 프로젝트 였는데 

다른 노트북에 임포트 하니까

Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core"

오류가 났다..

한참 찾아보다가 

pom.xml 에 이게 있으니 되야 되는게 맞다고 판단하고

혹시나 하고

project - clean

해주고 프로젝트 새로고침 해주니

오류 사라짐  ㅡ,.ㅡ;;;

어이없어................
